China Hospital Report (2009) provides extensive coverage of Chinese hospital systems. This report focus on China's healthcare resources, medical services and associated costs, hospital classification (level 1, 2 and 3 as defined by the Ministry of Health MOH, China), hospital resources and revenues, medical equipment installments, healthcare insurance coverages and major diseases in rural and urban China. Besides 19,712 MOH-classified hospitals, this report also provides information about other health institutions including health centers (39,860) and clinics (180,752) in China. Most data are segmented by regions, as well as separated by urban and rural China.

China Hospital Report provides detailed analysis of Chinese healthcare revenue, costs as well as payers; outpatient and inpatient services in different classes of hospitals. Detailed analysis of patients' expenses are also provided, such as hospital stay length (days) and averaged costs associated with different types of diseases.
