A limited number of rooms have been held at the conference rate of 199 Euro per/night breakfast included; rooms are issued on a first come first served basis. The rate will be honored until April 10, 2009, or until the rooms are sold out. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space and rate availability.

Please note our conference cancellation policy: Refunds will only be given through March 30, 2009. Paid cancellations thru March 30, 2009 will incur a $300 processing fee. Cancellations after March 30, 2009 will only be allowed a replacement attendee. No other credit, transfer, or refund will be offered.
