Sleeping rooms are available at a special Medtech Insight group rate of $279 per night (rate quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently 12.45%). The special rate will be honored until September 30, 2008, or until the rooms are sold out. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space and rate availability.

The hotel requires a first night deposit of room and tax charge to guarantee accommodations. If you must cancel your reservation all deposits will be forfeited three (3) weeks before the meeting.
