A limited number of rooms have been held at the conference rate of $250 per/night rate is quoted exclusive of applicable taxes.  Rooms are issued on a first come first served basis and are available until September 29, 2009, or until room’s sellout.  All reservations must be made individually by calling the InterContinental Mark Hopkins Reservations department at 800-662-4455 and reference “IN3 Summit”.

Please note the conference cancellation policy. The last day to cancel your registration for a refund, minus a $300 processing fee, is September 18. Or you may send another delegate from your company to avoid the cancellation fee.
